Designed to expand access to affordable, responsible capital for small business owners across California, the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce’s (CHCC) Small Business Enterprise loan program is now accepting applications. For-profit businesses in California with a minimum 1-year of operational history can apply for a $5k-$50k loan, with a 1–5-year term, at a 7.5%-10.5% interest rate. No minimum FICO required; ITINs accepted.
