Work2future is a free federal program that partners with the City of Morgan Hill and collaborates with local small and large businesses, educational institutions and community-based organizations to address the workforce and economic development needs of our region. Services include providing access to education and training for job seekers as well as recruitments and job fairs to help qualified individuals connect with local businesses and pursue employment.
Work2future provides career advising services to thousands of job seekers and connects them with hundreds of business partners. Work2future provides job seekers with the skills they need to land their next job. Participants of work2future have access to in depth vocational assessments, career advising, vocational training, workshops, and on-site job recruitment.

BOS partners have sponsored annual events such as Small Business Tax Assistance Day, the Summit on Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Festiv’ALL - a multicultural networking expo for Silicon Valley’s businesses, entrepreneurs, government representatives, and community leaders. Small Business Development Center
Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide a wide range of resources to all businesses. They offer a wide range of counseling resources to support all facets of business operations. As an initiative of the Small Business Administration (SBA), SBDC advisors provide help with business plan development, manufacturing assistance, financial packaging and lending assistance, exporting and importing support, disaster recovery assistance, procurement and contracting aid, market research help, 8(a) program support, and healthcare guidance.

My Own Business Institute (MOBI)
My Own Business Institute, an initiative of Santa Clara University, provides free online courses for entrepreneurs on how to both start and scale a business. The online tools provide real world experiences to getting a business off the ground.
