Cochrane Commons Phase I

Cochrane Commons is located on the busiest exit in Morgan Hill with fronting on Hwy. 101 and Cochrane Rd., and access via a full freeway interchange. Additionally, Phase II of the project will combine hundreds of new multi-family units with other anchor retailers. Cochrane Commons Phase I currently completely leased, however there is a 10,000 sq.ft. build to suit space available adjacent to Ulta.
