Morgan Hill’s industrial space grows with addition of large office park

Morgan Hill got an influx of industrial space with the completion of a 500,000 square-foot office park. 

In place of a former tree farm and fallowed agricultural fields, stand five newly constructed, 50-foot-tall buildings, along Highway 101. 

The office park, called Cochrane Technology Center, is a joint venture between global real estate developer Trammell Crow Co. and CBRE Investment Management. The site is vacant, with CBRE seeking potential tenants while the buildings await final city occupancy permits and power from PG&E.
